i was off for about 6 weeks, this was my second week back in running. the last week i hit about 75, and because of that i hurt today.
i ran 10 miles in hills, it was supa fun... nawt!
it hurt alot. i started to feel a pain in my hip. i don't think that is normal... but then again... pain isn't normal...

i started to hurt alot on this run.. i couldn't finish because of the abnormal pain in my hip and my shin.. (now there is a pain in the shin too! huzzah!)
it was at the dry creek. it was hot. it was up hill. both ways.
not good for hip and shin.
the rest of the team did 14, i did 10. sorry bill. |

Our team did fartleks at wheeler farm. supa fun! we did 800m speed and i can't remember my times. i was with Taylor on the first two and i think Natalie on the second two. (did we do four? this is why you should post right after a run!!!)
my hip didn't hurt during the workout but it hurt after it.
shin didn't hurt that much today. maybe im getting back in shape??? |

i was late for this work out.
it was a good run, i didn't get supa tired, but my hip hurt. i noticed i was limping on the way back and realized that slowed me down alot. |

this run was nice. it was cool and dark. i ran through sugarhouse. good run. no pain. |

hills at sugar house. no fun. did 10 miles of hills with the Cross country team. my hip started to hurt alot. Troy told me to do a stretch where you lay down and put your leg across your body. now my hip doesn't hurt so bad!
later today:
i went for another run tonight, did the zoo loop but thought i was doing good so i kept going to the H rock. then i still thought i was doin good so i continued up the path a little ways. it started to get dark so i turned around and went down the hill to foothill. i saw Lindsai Gren there and gave her a hug and continued on my way. turned down on 13th south and got home. about 6.42 miles.

it was very hot. Taylor and i ran through bonnevile, got kicked out of bonnevile, ran up to the trail on the 215 past the drinking fountain and then we turned around and ran home. RJ went through bonnevile and we all ran back to RJ's house.
Troy is a beast! he is so inshape, he kicked my butt!
i am thinking i am getting back in shape, [rather hopeing] thinking about the team this year. i think Susannah is a captain. for sure. i am wondering if it is going to be Amanda or Natalie. possibly both.. if it is both then it will probably be Taylor, Ben and either RJ or me. don't quite know what to think about that. |

speed. first afternoon run.
my calf started to hurt. not sure why.. maybe because it was speed, not so sure. |

my calfs hurt. it was hard to finish this run. did eight with the team.
later this night, I ran with Blake an Becca. (third wheel much???)
three miles this run.
anyway, i got inserts from my old shoes and put them in and my calfs didn't hurt!!!!!!! HUZZAH!!! : ) |
