I woke up in the mornin' feeling like P-Diddy, and started my run at sugar house park. i ran with Ben, Taylor, Natalie, Patrick and some others. We ran up hill to Tanner Park which was ok for me, it was a little hard but i think that i need a lot of practice on hills so it was good. Going back down to Sugarhouse was killer, it was a lot faster but i lost all my energy and about died when i got there. Then i ran with some of the new freshman and Blecca. My legs still feel like jello, but my chest didn't hurt until after the work out which makes me very happy Legs-2 Chest-6...ish? (it started to hurt after i got home...) |
