I woke up in the mornin' feeling like P-Diddy, and started my run at sugar house park. i ran with Ben, Taylor, Natalie, Patrick and some others.  We ran up hill to Tanner Park which was ok for me, it was a little hard but i think that i need a lot of practice on hills so it was good.

Going back down to Sugarhouse was killer, it was a lot faster but i lost all my energy and about died when i got there.  Then i ran with some of the new freshman and Blecca. My legs still feel like jello, but my chest didn't hurt until after the work out which makes me very happy

Peace gardens run. it got very hot and it was a hard run. i think that heat is related to the pain im in. when it got so hot, i felt dehydrated, and my chest was flaming.

i have high hopes for Tomy this XC season. Its gonna take a lot of work to catch him again. I think if i can work hard enough, i could maybe push with Tomy most of the race when its in season.

i might go for another run later today, but im very sore and i don't know if its a good idea. i don't want to get injured. ill probably run in the Boo-boo group tomorrow.
